Main Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information.

Handle inquiries from insurers and clients in a professional manner.

Verify and review documentation from insurers and clients.

Issue documentation to insurers and clients as required.

Develop and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets as needed.

Ensure in-house diaries are up to date and accurate.

Process invoices and handle payments.

Resolve any errors or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and insurers.

Stay up to date with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.

Provide information to management as required.

Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, but the successful candidate will need:

  1. To be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. To possess a confident and professional telephone manner.
  3. To be able to write clear and concise emails and letters to clients and insurers.
