Credit Control Specialist

Brook Street Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and organized Credit Control Coordinator to join our client's team in Belfast city centre. This is a brand new, part-time permanent position that requires a strong background in credit control, office administration, and customer service.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate accurate and timely invoicing and collections
- Track payments and input data into CRM software
- Report on taxation and manage data on CRM System and management reports
- Coordinate monthly fees and ensure timely data receipt and reporting
- Ensure correct data input on CRM during onboarding
- Contact account holders to set up Standing Orders and request proof of same
- Coordinate and execute quarterly reports on income streams
- Review penalties and implement collection strategies
- Develop repayment schedules and identify delinquent accounts
- Prepare documents and reports for decision-making purposes
- High level of knowledge and understanding of office administration, general accounting, and invoicing/collections
- Proficiency in use of word processor, spreadsheet programs, data entry systems, and CRM's
- Exceptional time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a busy office environment and meet tight deadlines
