Embedded Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at Frank Recruitment Group. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded software for our cutting-edge intruder alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test embedded software for our products
  • Collaborate with our Chinese team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
  • Develop and maintain software offerings, including relevant technical documentation
  • Familiarize yourself with our Linux-based development environment and tools, such as GDB and strace
  • Port and develop Linux drivers, as well as implement common network communication protocols like MQTT and CoAP
  • Utilize script languages like Python and JavaScript, as well as code editing tools like VsCode, SourceInsight, and Vim

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in embedded software development
  • Strong C and C++ programming skills, with experience in Linux multi-threaded programming
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work closely with our Chinese team
