We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the production of the Group's three-year business plan, budget, and rolling forecast, and provide analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, although this is not essential. They will have a proactive approach, strong thought leadership, and a critical mindset. The ability to work independently, challenge, build strong relationships, and communicate well across the team and the wider business is essential.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with product owners and cost centre managers to prepare the Group budget and reforecasting process.
  • Supporting the Group's annual business planning process and developing and evolving the three-year business plan.
  • Drafting reports to the Board and senior management on macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to support decision making in the business, producing reports and projections based on the analysis conducted.
  • Developing simple financial models to address complex issues.

**Requirements include:**

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with minimum 6 years PQE in FP&A, or in a comparable role.
  • Experience leading and managing a team (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level).
  • Strong mathematical, financial analysis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organisation.
  • Awareness of macroeconomic variables and how they impact business performance.
  • The ability to simplify the complex.
