Quality Assurance Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at EPC Recruitment Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the quality assurance and welding personnel, as well as associated policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the quality assurance and welding personnel, ensuring that they are working in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Oversee the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* Develop and maintain product specifications and process procedures.
* Manage the quality systems and procedures (QMS, BMS).
* Develop and promote the Non-Conformance system (CAPA IT).
* Provide support to production for process/procedure training.
* Ensure changes in QA/QC specifications are reflected in accordance with relevant projects.
* Monitor and incorporate changes to QA/QC compliance incorporating relevant design codes (ASME, API, etc.).
* Control of welding standards.
* Provide quality support to other functions as required (eg Sales, Operations, Engineering).
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance).
* Proven experience in quality assurance and welding management.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems and procedures (QMS, BMS).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
