About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Treasury Manager to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a key member of our Group Finance Function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company has the financial liquidity to maintain its external obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the regular cash forecasting process, managing the regional submission process, and preparing and presenting the Group report to senior management.
  • Improve the efficiency of the process to obtain an accurate weekly forecast covering the next 6-12 months.
  • Prepare and present detailed cash flow presentations, highlighting key trends, risks to the business, and potential opportunities.
  • Deliver consistent detailed reports to senior leaders, including the Group Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer.
  • Work closely with the regions to improve the accuracy of their forecasts and ensure they can explain variances to both budgets and previous submissions.
  • Collaborate with the UK business and operations/manufacturing business to ensure accurate forecasting of future likely purchasing requirements.
  • Gain a true understanding of the minimum cash holding requirements in each region to improve overall minimum liquidity requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Treasury management role with regular forecasting and cash planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and model building.
  • Great relationship building skills, with the ability to develop close and constructive relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with written and oral communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to dissect multiple financial data sets to provide a focused understanding of performance.
