Arcade Food Hall is a vibrant dining concept that brings together great street food and fun under one roof. We're looking for a charismatic Host to create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.

As our Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our Food Hall. Your personality will help create a lively atmosphere, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and excited to explore everything we have to offer.

Our Food Hall is home to nine unique brands, each offering a different culinary experience. From southern Thai to American diner-style food, there's something for everyone. Our destination bar serves fresh market ingredients, and our calendar of events is packed with exciting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and make them feel like VIPs
  • Manage seating arrangements with creativity and style
  • Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
  • Help coordinate special events and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic
  • Working knowledge of SevenRooms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for food and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
