About the Role:
- As a Bank Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
- You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients, developing therapeutic relationships, and contributing to patient assessments and care plans.
- Our Bank Staff Nurse role involves providing a high standard of care, following codes of conduct, and respecting the rights of others.
Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration - RMN / RNLD
- Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach
- A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of £18.50
- Weekly pay in arrears
- Enhanced disclosure cost coverage
- Supplemented meals whilst on duty
