Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5T delivery driver to join our team at Driver Hire Southampton. As a 7.5T delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering fixtures and fittings around the South Coast area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a 7.5T or 3.5T vehicle safely and responsibly
  • Manage daily routes and schedules to ensure optimal delivery times
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards

What You Need to Know:

  • This is a full-time position with a regular Monday to Friday schedule
  • Shifts typically start at 07:00am and last for 8-10 hours
  • This is a 12-week temporary to permanent position
  • You will be driving a 7.5T or 3.5T vehicle, with the possibility of driving other types of vehicles in the future

Requirements:

  • Valid 7.5T driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes
