Job Title: Adult Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Bolton Mental Health Liaison Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the shift coordinator, triaging referrals and providing clinical input to cases.
  2. Participate actively in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the development of risk and management plans.
  3. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bolton Mental Health Liaison service, engaging in training, appraisal, and service review.

As a successful candidate, you will bring a range of experiences and an established knowledge base to our team. You will be enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality mental health care in the general hospital and A&E settings.
