Nursery Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Nursery Team Leader at Stepping Stones Nursery, part of the MIChild Group. As a key member of our childcare and education team, you will play a vital role in implementing our nursery curriculum and ensuring high standards of quality within the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the nursery curriculum and lead planning to ensure high-quality childcare and education.
- Provide exceptional care and education to children, maintaining accurate and effective records.
- Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children, adhering to Safeguarding Procedures and Food Safety Regulations.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with current developments in childcare and education policy and practice.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
- Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
