About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner to join our team at Cavendish Nuclear. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional advice, guidance, and support to the business on all matters related to quality and assurance management.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers to ensure quality requirements are defined and standards are met.
  • Develop and manage quality and assurance arrangements, including auditing and risk management.
  • Ensure project quality non-conformances and issues are managed and closed out.
  • Facilitate project reporting and ensure supplier quality arrangements are reviewed and approved.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a quality or assurance position, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, as well as customer quality requirements.
  • Experience overseeing or leading a small team within a project delivery environment.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the nuclear or aerospace industry.
