We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across the UK, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining profitability, health, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver small to large-scale fire and security projects, including engineering, installation, and commissioning.
- Liaise with clients to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining profitability and health and safety standards.
- Process cost sheets, plan and control labor and materials, and ensure all engineering paperwork is allocated to engineers.
- Provide technical expertise, attend site meetings, and line manage engineers and subcontractors as assigned.
- Manage job profitability, report to project managers, and control all aspects of health and safety on sites.
- Carry out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works as required.
We work with a range of fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems, including:
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
- Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry.
- Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations.
- Technical knowledge of major systems and projects.
- Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, work well in a team environment, and be prepared to work anywhere at any time.
