About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled technicians and service advisors. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring that all customer vehicles are fully repaired and serviced according to manufacturer standards and within agreed time frames. To achieve this, you will need to communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and any additional work required, provide guidance and training to each team member, and monitor the completion of all service and repair paperwork promptly.

Salary Estimate: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a team of technicians and service advisors.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
