Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team based in the Kings Lynn area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain buildings and facilities to ensure they remain safe and functional.
  • Carry out regular PPM checks and reactive maintenance tasks as required.
  • Repair roofs, walls, floors, and other structural elements.
  • Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
Working Conditions
  • The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple sites.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • The role may involve working in inclement weather conditions.
