About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for our products and brand, and by providing accurate information to customers about our products, including features and benefits, and stock availability.
- Customer Service: Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features and benefits, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team to meet the needs of the store.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Focus: A customer service-focused individual with good communication skills and experience in the retail industry.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the retail industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: A flexible individual who is able to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
