Research Scientist in Experimental Fluid Dynamics

The University of Edinburgh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate in Experimental Fluid Dynamics to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract for up to 24 months, working full-time (35 hours per week). The start date is expected to be between 1st November 2024 and 1st February 2025, with flexibility for later starts considered on a case-by-case basis.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experimental research in fluid mechanics, leveraging your expertise and passion for the field.
- Develop and implement innovative experimental methods to advance our understanding of fluid dynamics.
- Collaborate with our team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals, reports, and publications.
