About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Pricing Team as an Insurance Software Developer. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your software development knowledge to play an active part in the design and development of pricing algorithms for deployment to live production environments.

This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to work in a hybrid environment, with up to 80% of their time spent working from home and 20% in our office. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to provide a supportive culture that empowers our people to perform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Radar development and strong knowledge of the insurance sector. They will be able to demonstrate their technical IT skills and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

About You

We are looking for a professional who is seeking to take the next step in their career and utilize their sector knowledge to further develop their technical skills. The successful candidate will have experience in coaching and/or mentoring junior colleagues and be able to demonstrate their ability to work in an Agile project methodology.

The role would suit an insurance professional who is looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of insurance software such as Earnix, Polaris ProductWriter or Landscape and be able to contribute to the design and development of pricing algorithms.
