About the Role

Morrisons Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, confidential, and attentive service to patients
  • Support the management of Over The Counter (OTC) sales and stock replenishment
  • Label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) in line with pharmacy procedures
  • Ensure the safe handover of prescriptions
  • Assist with resolving customer queries
  • Report dispensing errors and near misses
  • Deliver a range of pharmacy services
  • Support the pharmacy team and manager in achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

About You

We are looking for a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant who has completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a team player who is comfortable working shifts and weekends.
