We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Project Development Specialist to join our team at SSE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Building Controls industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Building Control Systems and smart energy infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to support business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the Building Controls industry or a related industry.
- Knowledge of Building Control Systems and smart energy infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
