Mixology Specialist

The Ivy Collection is searching for an experienced Bartender to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious restaurant with a rich history and a reputation for fine dining excellence.

About the Role:

• Welcome guests and create a warm atmosphere in our iconic restaurant.
• Take drink orders, make recommendations, and prepare cocktails that meet our high standards.
• Supervise barbacks and ensure they are equipped to handle all drink-related tasks.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all drinks legislation, food safety, and hygiene best practices.

Salary: £25,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards)
