The Insurance Renewals team at PDR Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and communicative Sales Executive to join their dynamic department. With a competitive salary and uncapped commission, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and identify ongoing insurance needs
  • Provide clear information on products and generate accurate quotations
  • Respond to queries from brokers and underwriters in a timely manner

This is a fully office-based position with a standard working week of Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm, with one Saturday per month worked from 9 am-1 pm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for sales and customer service. If you are a recent school leaver or someone looking to transition into an office-based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

A competitive salary of £27,000-30,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, ensures that your hard work is rewarded. Additional benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities, success celebrations, weekly snack deliveries, and free on-site parking.
