Reception and Administration Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Reception and Administration Assistant to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our reception team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of the reception office and displays, escalating any issues to senior administrative staff as needed, and supporting other administrative tasks as required.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy and dynamic environment, with a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
