About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing software and QA team at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing tools and processes, supporting large-scale platform upgrades, and driving the evolution of our QA function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing test strategy, structure, and best practices to the team
  • Defining greenfield QA processes for existing legacy systems and upcoming greenfield projects
  • Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Collaborating with the Head of Engineering and wider stakeholders to drive QA initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior or lead in a software testing function
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing and test automation
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive QA initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
