Festive Seasonal Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London in Sheffield. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our peak trading period sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Support colleagues in achieving daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period
  • Contribute to creating a memorable customer experience by educating customers on product features and benefits, adhering to store standards, and supporting visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and replenishing stock
  • Stay up-to-date on company information through Workplace, team briefs, or other forums

· Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
