Deputy Lead Job Description

Our client, a prominent charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Regional Lead to join their leadership team. This role will play a crucial part in driving the charity's mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Develop Services: Oversee regional services, ensure budget compliance, and expand services to meet the needs of the community.
  • Exceed Regulatory Compliance: Act as a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing quality audits.
  • Collective Leadership: Support organisational growth, manage operational risks, and lead themed areas as delegated.
  • Deputise for Regional Lead: Provide line management support in their absence and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Values: Must align with the charity's values of transparency, engagement, and quality.
  • Relevant Experience: Operational leadership, safeguarding, and leading services for people with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
