We are seeking a skilled Wills and Probate Paralegal to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Paralegal, you will be supporting experienced Wills and Probate Solicitors, learning and developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and administration of Wills and Probate matters, working closely with our Solicitors to ensure seamless case management. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in Wills and Probate
  • Confident dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face
  • Ability to run a small caseload of Wills and Probate files
