Data Governance Senior Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

Milburn Lewis is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Senior Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering data governance projects and programs within a retail banking environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management solutions
* Provide expertise on data lineage, data quality, and regulatory requirements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in data governance or data management projects
* Strong knowledge of technical solutions in the data governance/management space
* Familiarity with BCBS 239 and regulatory change projects
* Excellent communication and project management skills
