About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team as a Gourmet Kitchen Specialist. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute high-quality dishes for both the day and evening menus, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Area Head Chef to develop innovative menu items that align with our culinary vision.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation during service.
  • E nsure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior staff members.

Requirements and Benefits:
