Job Details

We are recruiting a Dairy Technologist Apprentice to join our team in various locations throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be enrolled in the Dairy Technology Foundation Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with Reaseheath College.

Responsibilities
  1. Audit and ensure quality standards are met
  2. Conduct product testing and development to meet customer needs
  3. Operate production lines safely and efficiently to minimize downtime
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement projects across technical, manufacturing, and sustainability areas
Training and Support

The training program will commence in September 2024 and will be delivered via a blended approach of distance learning and two 2-week periods of hands-on practical training at Reaseheath College.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs in Maths, English, and a Science plus 1 A level or equivalent in a science field
  • Ability to work varied shifts, nights, and weekends due to our 24/7 operation
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence is preferred
Work Environment

A full-time role of 40 hours/week with an expectation of shift work and flexibility to travel for project work and site support.
