Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer/Works Co-ordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire and the South East region.
About the Job- This role involves planning and completion of highway defects, supporting maintenance contracts, and engineering works.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the planning team to minimize costs and ensure correct works execution.
- Key responsibilities include allocating resources internally and externally to deliver defect works.
- A degree in highway construction or civil engineering.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- A full clean driving licence with at least 2 years of highway maintenance experience.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
- A company vehicle will be provided.
