About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Dynamics Business Central Consultant to join our team and help build out our rapidly expanding practice. As a key member of our team, you'll work with some of the best enterprise clients in the UK, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central systems to meet client needs, including chart of accounts setup, dimensions, posting groups, and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilise Dynamics 365 Business Central and maximise its potential.
  • Perform data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and advise clients on best practices to enhance their business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and assess their relevance and applicability to client environments.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, configuration, and customisation options.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and best practices, with hands-on experience in financials, supply chain, and manufacturing modules (finance is a must-have).
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and design appropriate solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with multiple versions of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage (Cloud/Online is preferred).
