Tomlin Personnel Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join their team on a regular ongoing basis. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries from a nationwide network of depots and major customers.

Licence Requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 licence for 1 year with a solid work history during the previous 12 months
  • Up-to-date CPC for Class 1
  • Up-to-date Digi card for Class 1 with no infringements in the past 6 months
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • No DD, DR, TT99, or IN10 penalty codes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Be punctual and maintain a smart appearance
  • Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition
  • Develop good communication skills for effective shift communication

Compensation:

  • Night shifts: £16.20 per hour
  • Saturdays: £18.00 per hour
  • Sundays: £20.00 per hour
