About the Role

As a key member of KPMG's Powered Enterprise function, you will be working on complex engagements for the whole KPMG client side business portfolio. Your primary focus will be on delivering core technology and managed services capabilities, collaboration, and innovation development services. You will work closely with our integrated capability teams to design, build, and operate flexible technology-enabled solutions for clients, helping them solve complex business problems and transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end solutions using best practices combined with product understanding.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and facilitate workshops with larger groups of client teams.
  • Design, configure, and test modules or process areas for successful deployment.
  • Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a network to address client needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform.
  • Expertise in Core HCM module.
  • Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
  • Leadership experience in client-facing meetings and facilitation of workshops.
  • End-to-end delivery of workstreams, including offshore team management.
  • Consultancy background with experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in other Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life.
KPMG Locations

We are open to discussing this role with talented individuals across the country. Our core Tech hubs for this role are located in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. The position will largely be based from London or Manchester. With 20 sites across the UK, we can facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
