We are seeking a skilled Water Hygiene Specialist to join our team at WCS Group. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the water systems of our clients remain compliant and meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water sampling and monitor water temperatures
  • Carry out descaling of shower heads and hoses, as well as service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
  • Clean tanks and maintain excellent customer relationships

With a salary range of £23,796-£24,500 per annum, this role offers significant opportunities for bonuses and overtime. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 23 days' holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing by one day annually to a maximum of 25 days. Additional benefits include 10 extra paid leave days for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, a company uniform, tablet, and tool kit, as well as enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Requirements:
  • Prior water hygiene experience is advantageous
  • A full driving licence is essential
  • Confined space training is beneficial
  • You must take pride in your work and deliver exceptional service
