Senior Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Development Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a vital part in driving strategic growth and development across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our customers, particularly Tesco, to ensure we remain their preferred supplier. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Category, NPD, and Site teams, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance enhancements.

As a Senior Commercial Development Manager, you will:
- Provide commercial leadership and support to our customer-facing teams to enhance sales, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Tesco, to ensure we meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives with business goals and drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
