Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at And Jisp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new business development and customer engagement. Your primary objective is to convert prospects into customers by showcasing the value of our innovative retail marketing solutions.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, building relationships, and delivering compelling sales pitches to secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve profitable sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct thorough research on clients' needs and preferences to tailor our solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in sales or business development. A degree in a relevant field and experience in digital sales would be advantageous.
