**Project Overview**

Reliable Contractors Limited is seeking a skilled Concrete Supervisor to join our team on a major redevelopment project in Plymouth. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with a stable job and income available for the next 5 to 8 years.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Concrete Supervisor with a strong background in concrete operations, including large pours on major projects. The successful candidate will have a CSCS Blue Card (or Gold) and SSSTS certification. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and working closely with gangs to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee concrete operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
* Work closely with gangs to deliver high-quality concrete pours
* Coordinate with other site teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Maintain accurate records and reports

* Experience with large pours on major projects
