Job Title: Technical Equipment Engineer

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Equipment Engineer to join our team based in Oxford.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing equipment systems, focusing on field equipment performance, deployment, and new system testing. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and verify equipment specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and repair equipment regularly to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve data collection systems.
  • Design and assemble prototype systems to meet specific requirements.
  • Maintain detailed logs for equipment maintenance and repair history.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in electronic and electrical circuits and systems.
  • Skilled in assembling and testing prototype or small-volume equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills for electronic equipment.
  • Practical skills across electronic, electrical, and mechanical domains.
  • Expertise in electronic/mechanical CAD software, including PCB CAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.

The salary for this Technical Equipment Engineer position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. IC Resources offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
