Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced dental systems throughout your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair dental systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborate with our national team of engineers to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline
  • Previous field service experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical sector
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving licence
