Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated nurse to join our Major Trauma Team at C30. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.
The Major Trauma Unit is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, prioritising, and evaluating patient care, as well as supervising non-registered staff and students.
Main Duties- Provide high-quality patient care and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and support non-registered staff and students
- Assess, plan, deliver, prioritise, and evaluate patient care
- Participate in teaching sessions and contribute to the development of colleagues
- NMC registration
- Diploma or degree in health/nursing related studies
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Possession of a Mentoring Course ECDL
This position offers an estimated salary of £35,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
