Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated nurse to join our Major Trauma Team at C30. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

The Major Trauma Unit is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, prioritising, and evaluating patient care, as well as supervising non-registered staff and students.

Main Duties
  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise and support non-registered staff and students
  • Assess, plan, deliver, prioritise, and evaluate patient care
  • Participate in teaching sessions and contribute to the development of colleagues
Requirements
  • NMC registration
  • Diploma or degree in health/nursing related studies
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Possession of a Mentoring Course ECDL
Salary and Benefits

This position offers an estimated salary of £35,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
