We are working with a well-established American Pharmaceutical & Biotechnical company that has been a valued client of ours for many years. With operations spanning across 48 countries and employing over 170,000 employees, this company presents an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the industry.

The company is headquartered in Oxford, OX11 - Harwell, and is currently seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the facility management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the facility's systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the M&E engineering team.
  • Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with the facility management team to support the overall operation of the healthcare facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on system performance.
  • Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in M&E hard services, with a proven track record of leading a team of engineers on a commercial site.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a healthcare setting.
