Job Summary

As a Parcel Delivery Driver at Royal Mail, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the assigned area. This is a permanent role that requires a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area
  • Use route-planning technology tools to ensure each parcel gets to the right place, at the right time
  • Prep your van and workload for the day
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Upbeat, self-motivated and thrive whilst working independently
  • Organised, punctual with great initiative
  • Committed to the delivery of great customer service
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal mail
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
  • Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
