The Role:
Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Outwood Primary Academy Park Hill. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our children, working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The working pattern for this position is 16 hours per week as a Teaching Assistant (Grade 3) and 12.5 hours per week as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Grade 9), Monday to Friday, during term time plus two days. This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with the planning, delivery and assessment of lessons
- Work with small groups of children, including those with additional needs and/or Education, Health and Care Plans
- Supervise whole classes and create learning resources to support their education
