The ideal candidate will have experience in general cleaning and be capable of carrying out basic tasks such as fire/emergency light testing, tap temperatures, and legionella flushing. Key responsibilities include:

  • General cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Fire/emergency light testing and maintenance
  • Tap temperature and legionella flushing
  • Maintenance of company property and premises

Requirements include:

  • Enhanced DBS check (no more than 3 years old)
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Experience in a handyperson role
  • Ability to work a 3 week rolling shift pattern (Monday to Friday)

The salary for this position is estimated to be £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
