About the Role:
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
- Long-term contract
- Work closely with children, teachers, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement strategies to support children with challenging behavior and special educational needs
- Collaborate with the school's SEN team to ensure effective support and progress for all pupils
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Excellent behavior management skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, teachers, and support staff
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
