We are looking for caring and passionate individuals to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan.

The service supports adults aged between 18 - 65, and we are seeking candidates who can engage with the people they support and have fun while doing so.

  • **Salary:** £24,956 - £25,478 per annum (including sleeps) + Plenty of overtime available
  • **Hours:** Full Time - 40 hours per week + 1 sleep per week
  • **Contract:** Permanent
  • **Shifts:** A variety of shifts including optional sleeps and weekends

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
