About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance use and addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to service users, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
• Develop and implement tailored recovery plans, focusing on harm reduction and personalized interventions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for service users, promoting their rights and interests.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering interventions for individuals affected by substance use and addiction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
