Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and the fashion industry.


In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media. You will also perform tasks such as creating and removing products in our online store using Shopify.


About the Role:

  • You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle objections and complaints professionally.
  • You will process compensation and negotiate discounts.
  • You will use your basic IT skills to manage the online store.

Requirements:

  • You must have basic IT skills, which will be fully trained.
  • An interest in fashion or background in clothing retail is desirable.

Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.
