Motorsport Tire Performance Engineer

Michelin Motorsport is seeking a highly skilled Motorsport Tire Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of internal simulation and collaboration with our partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle dynamics and analysis, with experience in motorsport being a plus. You will be proficient in English and French, with strong skills in programming languages such as Matlab and Python.

In this role, you will work on exciting projects aimed at promoting safer and more sustainable mobility. You will be responsible for defining and driving test plans on DIL simulator, participating in tire modeling development, and providing reliable measurement results on Michelin internal bench.

Key achievements expected include developing innovative measurement protocols, tracking data analysis, and reporting to internal and external customers in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities will include supporting our partners and tire designers during test sessions, building and optimizing tire forces and moments tire models, and participating in simulator test sessions internally and with our external partners.
